At this rate, eventually there will be so much junk orbiting up there that it won't be safe for manned flights.

If the politicians treat people this poorly when they're armed to the teeth,

just imagine what they'll be willing to do once they've disarmed everyone.

Eventually there will be so much junk that they will have a hard time explaining how things supposedly work up there with all that junk, and why all that junk never appears on any space footage, or why amateur astronomers never see any of it despite it supposedly choking the heavens.

Launching 104 satellites is an easy way for India to grab a lot of its citizens wealth without having to actually do anything except make sure Windows is updated on their CGI computers and that the pool is always filled.

"Oh be quiet, flat earth Matt."

Think about it, though. The sheer poverty in India. But the priority is on launching 104 satellites, whose purpose is nebulous, and whose cost is enormous.

Also remember that America's "space program" spent much of its money during the Vietnam War. I wonder where they got all the money for that?

From we the sheeple?  Originally we believed orbiting satellites were for communication purposes with we as the receivers.  How many satellites are feeding back information on us now.   Hard to comprehend why India would launch so many satellites but it's not difficult to imagine the cash withdrawn from public use would have gone a long way to paying for them while creating more have nots on terra firma.
